However, using a VPN gets you access right away.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<ol class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>Start by opening Canva on your browser and sign in with your credentials. Now open the presentation that you\u2019re working on from the <strong>Recent designs<\/strong>. If you haven\u2019t started with any, click on the <strong>Create a design<\/strong> button and choose <strong>Presentation<\/strong>.<\/li>\n<\/ol>\n\n\n\n<div class=\"wp-block-greenshift-blocks-image gspb_image gspb_image-id-gsbp-5677107b-7a3e\" id=\"gspb_image-id-gsbp-5677107b-7a3e\"><img loading=\"lazy\" decoding=\"async\" src=\"https:\/\/www.pttrns.com\/wp-content\/uploads\/2023\/12\/Recent-design.png\" data-src=\"\" alt=\"Recent design\" loading=\"lazy\" width=\"1769\" height=\"609\"\/><\/div>\n\n\n\n<ol class=\"wp-block-list\" start=\"2\">\n<li>Now wait for the presentation to load, and if you are creating a new presentation, use free presentation templates available in the <strong>Design<\/strong> on the left for ease.<\/li>\n<\/ol>\n\n\n\n<div class=\"wp-block-greenshift-blocks-image gspb_image gspb_image-id-gsbp-c3e275d9-c75d\" id=\"gspb_image-id-gsbp-c3e275d9-c75d\"><img loading=\"lazy\" decoding=\"async\" src=\"https:\/\/www.pttrns.com\/wp-content\/uploads\/2023\/12\/Presentation-templates-1.png\" data-src=\"\" alt=\"Presentation templates\" loading=\"lazy\" width=\"1692\" height=\"668\"\/><\/div>\n\n\n\n<ol class=\"wp-block-list\" start=\"3\">\n<li>Once you\u2019re done creating your presentation, navigate to the top right corner and click on <strong>Present<\/strong>. Doing so, you\u2019re displayed with multiple options, from which click on <strong>Present and record <\/strong>and then <strong>Next<\/strong>.<\/li>\n<\/ol>\n\n\n\n<div class=\"wp-block-greenshift-blocks-image gspb_image gspb_image-id-gsbp-778b8de2-79aa\" id=\"gspb_image-id-gsbp-778b8de2-79aa\"><img loading=\"lazy\" decoding=\"async\" src=\"https:\/\/www.pttrns.com\/wp-content\/uploads\/2023\/12\/Present-and-record.png\" data-src=\"\" alt=\"Present and record\" loading=\"lazy\" width=\"1077\" height=\"682\"\/><\/div>\n\n\n\n<ol class=\"wp-block-list\" start=\"4\">\n<li>On proceeding further, you are displayed with a window dedicated to presenting the presentation. Next, you\u2019re asked to set up a camera and microphone. Also, the audio is applied for the entire presentation and cannot be applied separately to each page.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">To address this, we have come up with an easy and reliable way around and here are steps for it:<\/p>\n\n\n\n<ol class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>Follow <strong>Steps 1 &amp; 2 <\/strong>from the above approach, and once you\u2019re ready with the presentation, navigate to the options on the left and click on <strong>Uploads<\/strong>.
