If you&#8217;ve displayed any other result than the above, reinstall your browser or use prominent browsers.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\" id=\"disable-antivirus-or-vpn\">Disable Antivirus or VPN<\/h3>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Sometimes, the Antivirus or VPN you use might end up severely restricting the network and its traffic, causing several online tools like Canva to malfunction. While there aren&#8217;t dedicated steps to address this, follow the below generic steps:<\/p>\n\n\n\n<ol class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>Open the Antivirus or VPN you have recently installed.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>If you are using a VPN, disconnect it and uncheck the security options that can interfere with the network traffic.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>However, if it is an Antivirus, turn it off and add the browser you&#8217;re using to the trusted applications.<\/li>\n<\/ol>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">If you&#8217;re not able to disable antivirus or VPN, refer to the knowledge base or reach out to customer support for help.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\" id=\"clear-browser-cache-and-cookies\">Clear Browser Cache and Cookies<\/h3>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">As Canva operates as an online design tool within a web browser, the gradual accumulation of cache and cookies might result in a <strong>Save Paused<\/strong> issue. For demonstration, we have used Chrome, and here are the steps for it:<\/p>\n\n\n\n<ol class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>Begin by opening the browser and press <strong>Ctrl + H<\/strong> to open <strong>History<\/strong>.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>After the History is loaded, navigate to the left and select <strong>Clear browsing data<\/strong> from the available options.<\/li>\n<\/ol>\n\n\n\n<div class=\"wp-block-greenshift-blocks-image gspb_image gspb_image-id-gsbp-bf6facb3-cd5c\" id=\"gspb_image-id-gsbp-bf6facb3-cd5c\"><img loading=\"lazy\" decoding=\"async\" src=\"https:\/\/www.pttrns.com\/wp-content\/uploads\/2023\/11\/Clear-browsing-data-1.png\" data-src=\"\" alt=\"Clear browsing data\" loading=\"lazy\" width=\"541\" height=\"222\"\/><\/div>\n\n\n\n<ol class=\"wp-block-list\" start=\"3\">\n<li>Doing this opens a new window with dedicated options related to clear browsing data.
